The True TFP-64-24M-D-4~SPEC3 sandwich/salad prep table ships with 24 standard sixth-size polycarbonate pans that measure 67/8 inches long by 61/4 inches wide by 4 inches deep—ideal for holding tomatoes, onions, carrots, jalapenos, and other produce. To maintain product freshness, it features a stainless steel cover with a layer of foamed-in insulation to lock in the cold and reduce moisture. For prepping sandwiches or salad bowls, this unit is supplied with an 8-inch-long by 1/2-inch-high cutting board, which can be removed to ease the cleaning process. For longevity, this unit’s front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel. Furthermore, the interior has a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners, making it simple to wipe down. For other storage purposes, this unit features four stainless steel drawers that lock to reduce tampering.

Overall, the True TFP-64-24M-D-4~SPEC3 sandwich/salad prep table measures 641/8 inches wide by 331/2 inches deep by 461/2 inches high; it features a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. Its capillary system uses an eco-friendly R513A refrigerant, while its forced-air design and large fan blades maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
