The stainless-steel cover of the True TFP-64-24M~SPEC3 sandwich/salad prep table is insulated to lock in the cold, so held produce maintains safe serving temperatures during downtime or overnight. The top side of this unit holds (24) sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans for meat and condiment storage; its 8-inch deep by ¹/₂-inch-thick cutting board provides a convenient work surface that can be removed for thorough cleaning after use. This unit is fitted with two stainless steel doors featuring 12-inch recessed handles for simple access inside, while its interior can accommodate four total PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves to hold any excess inventory. Overall, this unit measures 64¹/₈ inches wide by 33¹/₂ inches deep by 46¹/₂ inches high. Its front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel, while the interior sports a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners that can be quickly be wiped down.

To simplify installation into compatible settings, the True TFP-64-24M~SPEC3 prep station is supplied with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system and sits on a set of 2¹/₂-inch casters. The evaporator and large fan motors move cool air and maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; it’s installed with digital temperature display and control for simplified operation. Its capillary system produces R513A refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. So the evaporator maintains peak conditions during operation, it’s finished in corrosion-resistant epoxy coating.
