The polyurethane pans are ideal for storing sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce, green peppers, and other produce, and these doors can accommodate full-size 12-inch long by 20-inch-wide pans or three ninth-size pans per. The interior cabinet is foamed in with high-density polyurethane to help maintain ideal temperatures without constant monitoring, and so users can prepare salad bowls, lunch sandwiches, or subs, it’s furnished with a full-length, 8-inch-deep by ¹/₂-inch-high cutting board.

For simple cleaning and maintenance, the True TFP-72-30M-D-6~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prepping station is supplied with a rear-mounted refrigeration system. This system flaunts a front-discharge airflow design that can be installed in tight-fitting spaces, while its evaporator’s fan motor and larger fan blades enhance efficiency. The capillary system produces R513A refrigerant—an eco-friendly coolant that maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It utilizes a solid state digital control, which is accessible from the back and eases the process of adjusting temperatures and monitoring the cabinet’s condition. To reduce corrosion and other abrasions, this unit’s front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel, while the interior’s liner and floor are made of aluminum and stainless steel. For simple maneuvering, it sits on 2¹/₂-inch casters.
