Ideal for displaying pastries and rolls in bakeries or quaint cafe locations, the True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-S-S full-service bakery case can hold two 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, and four 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans (not included) to display rhubarb tartlets, Florentine tarts, and Chinese custard tarts. It’s supplied with six chrome-plated wire shelves, while its three-tiered design offers a staggered presentation that elevates the display. This unit flaunts a curved glass front for users to gauge contents, and its installed LED lighting illuminates the cabinet interior.
For visual ambiance, the True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-S-S full-service bakery case features an aluminum exterior decorated in black for increased structural strength. Additionally, this unit’s interior is also made of steel and flaunts a vibrant white to create an eye-catching contrast. The interior cabinet is foamed with polyurethane insulation to maintain ideal serving temperatures, and for stocking purposes, this unit fits two rear-sliding glass doors supplied with 12-inch handles. Overall, this unit measures 361/4inches long by 39 inches deep by 491/8 inches high and sits on leg levelers for stability.
