The True TPP-AT-119-HC pizza prep table holds ingredients in 15 third-size pans in the rail section. These pans are covered by lids to maintain the set temperature, keep product fresh, and reduce contamination risks. Ingredients from the pans can be added to pizzas as dough is prepped on the 19.5-inch-wide cutting board that covers the full length of the unit, and product that does not fit in the pan rail can be stored in the base, where four door sections each have two adjustable wire shelves. Each door has a one-piece gasket and 12-inch recessed handle.

The refrigeration system in this True TPP-AT-119-HC prep table has a front-breathing design that enables installation against walls and other equipment. Easing cleaning and maintenance, the condenser is accessible at the front of the unit. Depending on the product, temperatures can be set by the operator anywhere from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Keeping the condensing coil clean, this unit operates with a self-cleaning feature each time the compressor is turned on. The condensing fan motor reverses for the first 20 seconds to blow dirt and debris off the coil. For best results, employees should perform maintenance routinely.
