The True TPP-AT-119-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table offers an overall size of 119¹/₄ inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 44⁵/₈ inches high, which is great for deli and pizzeria establishments. The front-placed cutting board offers space for crafting sandwiches, subs, or salads. For a simple setup, it ships with 15 third-size polycarbonate pans ideal for diced jalapenos, tomatoes, and parsley; alternatively, it’s great for meat selections like chicken and steak. To seal in the cold, the top is fitted with foam-insulation lids, and each pan displays at a 13-degree angle to offer an easier preview of the unit’s contents.

The bottom of this unit is supplied with four full doors, increasing this unit’s capacity for holding any excess materials like pans, kitchen tools, produce, or meat; these doors lock to provide security and reduce tampering during or after business hours. The front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel, as are the interior liner and floor. Because the corners are coved, they simplify cleaning by catching any excess dirt, debris, or other stray waste. It ships with eight total shelves to organize the interior: two right, two left, and four center shelves. In order to ensure these shelves remain stable regardless of holding capacity, it’s supplied with shelf support pilasters that are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments.

The True TPP-AT-119-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table maintains its set temperature using the self-contained refrigeration. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which works to establish a temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its guided airflow system even provides cooling through the pan rail, so products remain at safe serving temperatures. For simple maintenance access to the condenser, users can remove the front panel to slide out the condenser.
