This True TPP-AT-119D-6-HC pizza prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and this temperature can be set by the operator to suit different products. Because the refrigerant is hydrocarbon, it is more eco-friendly than most standard refrigerants, and the refrigeration system is front breathing with a front-accessible condenser that can be reached for cleaning and servicing.

Improving the unit’s effectiveness, the compressor operates with an automatic cleaning feature. Each time the compressor is started, the fan motor reverses for 20 seconds to remove dirt and dust buildup from the condensing coil. This mechanism works best when combined with routine preventative maintenance.
