True   44″ Spec Series® Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TPP-AT-44D-2-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table provides two drawers that fit a variety of pan configurations. Each drawer can hold two full-size pans (not included), and the unit ships with six third-size pans that can hold sandwich and pizza toppings. Placed near the pans is a 19¹/₂-inch cutting board that can be used to craft subs, salads, and similar items. As this unit’s front, sides, back, liner, and floor are made of stainless steel, it reduces the effects of corrosion and offers durability to minimize abrasions and scratches. Mounted on castors, it’s simple to move and transport as needed.

The refrigeration system of the True TPP-AT-44D-2-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table is self-contained, and the unit features a panel that can be removed to access the rear-mounted condenser. Cold air is forcefully circulated to the pan rail, maintaining set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this unit operates on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it offers a green alternative to other refrigerants because it has 0 ozone depletion potential and 3 global warming potential. So employees can monitor this unit’s conditions, it has an external temperature display. For insulating benefits, the interior cabinet is foamed in place with polyurethane foam, while the stainless steel lid is foam insulated.
