True   93 3/8″ Spec Series® Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TPP-AT2-93-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table is a large unit designed to hold all the ingredients needed to assemble a pizza, salad, or customized sandwich. The stainless steel unit is 93³/₈ inches wide, 36³/₈ inches deep, and 44⁵/₈ inches high. It sits on six 5-inch castors, enabling it to be easily maneuvered into place in a commercial kitchen. The top of the unit is equipped with a full-length removable cutting board for sanitary food handling and a refrigerated pan rail with space for 12 polycarbonate food pans.

The refrigeration system in the True TPP-AT2-93-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table uses a self-contained capillary system to circulate R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through the unit to keep the contents at cold food-safe temperatures. The evaporator is epoxy coated for durability and corrosion resistance, and the condenser slides out for accessible maintenance. The system works to hold the pan rail and cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The three-section cabinet comes with 6 PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments as needed. The cabinet has coved corners that don’t accumulate food debris and are simpler to clean than sharp angles.
