The True TPP-AT2-93D-2-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table is a durable stainless steel unit with three sections of storage in its base. There are two cabinet sections and one section featuring two drawers. This large unit measures 93³/₈ inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 39³/₈ inches tall and sits on six heavy-duty castors. Its 12-pan capacity refrigerated pan rail and full-length polycarbonate cutting board make this unit ideal for assembling pizzas and salads. The 12 ¹/₃-size pans can be covered with insulated steel lids to keep ingredients fresh, and the cutting board is at an ideal work height for user comfort.

The True TPP-AT2-93D-2-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table’s refrigerated base comes with 4 PVC-coated wire shelves (2 for each cabinet) that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments as needed. The refrigeration system is side mounted and self-contained, and it uses forced air and a capillary tube system to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The condenser is easily accessible for maintenance, and the evaporator is epoxy coated for protection against corrosion and dust accumulation. The cabinet doors and drawers can be locked when not in use to prevent tampering and theft.
