True   93 1/2″ TPPAT Series Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TPP-AT2-93D-4-HC pizza prep table is a durable stainless steel unit measuring 93¹/₂ inches wide by 33⁵/₈ inches deep by 38⁷/₈ inches high. It comes with twelve ¹/₃-size clear polycarbonate food pans that can be placed in the top in the pan rail. The food pans are designed to hold pizza or sandwich ingredients within reach of staff.

In front of the food pans on the True TPP-AT2-93-D-4-HC pizza prep table is a full length cutting board that provides a dedicated workspace for creating pizzas or sandwiches. The pan rail and the unit’s base are refrigerated for food safety and freshness. The base has four drawers and one cabinet for storing ingredients and sauces. Each drawer and the cabinet door have 12-inch-long recessed handles. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and uses a hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficiency.
