True 110″ Chef Base w/ (6) Drawers, 115v
The True TRCB-110-HC~SPEC3 chef base is built with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses guided airflow to facilitate R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in the chef base’s cavity. The cavity can be set to a holding temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep produce and meat at safe temperatures. This self-sufficient system contains an extra-large evaporator coil, a large condenser, and self-lubricated fan motors for efficiency. True’s RCU self-cleaning technology reduces the need to clean the condenser coil, decreases energy consumption, and maintains cold temperatures.
Overall, the True TRCB-110-HC~SPEC3 chef base measures 110 inches wide by 331/2 inches deep by 253/8 inches high with a total of six drawers. These locking drawers are designed to hold high capacities, featuring stainless steel facings, liners, and heavy-duty drawer sliders The unit’s top supports compatible griddles and features a V edge to catch drips and spills. Mounted on 4-inch-diameter casters, it’s simple to maneuver.
