An exterior solar digital temperature display provides an accurate readout of interior temperatures, and to preserve generated temperatures in warm ambient environments, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane. To maintain efficiency, the refrigeration system features electronically commutated (EC) fan motors that move a consistent volume of air to minimize heat product and energy usage; it also features a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated evaporator. Staff can set times and temperatures to initiate and terminate an automatic defrost system to remove icy buildup that could damage product.

This freezer is divided into three sections, each of which feature right-hinged, full-size doors that enable staff to access one part of the freezer, retaining interior temperatures in the others. The interior’s stainless steel lining and flooring is simple to wipe clean as needed. A welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail is coated with black powder that enhances corrosion resistance. To simplify transportation when needed for maintenance or cleaning, the frame rail is fitted with 4-inch-diameter castors; the front set can be locked to secure the freezer in place during use.
