Self-contained with the components in one place, the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an eco-friendly option—to maintain these temperatures. If there is an issue in the system, the operator can access the condenser from the rear with its slide-out design.

The condensing fan motor blows in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor is started. This helps to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the condensing coil. Using this feature along with routine maintenance increases the unit’s commercial lifespan.

This prep table’s top section holds eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, which are included, but if an operator wants to hold different pan configurations or deeper pans, this can be accomplished with adapter bars. To retain cold air and protect against contamination, a foam-insulated hood assembly with a built-in lid covers the pan area. Employees can conveniently prep ingredients and assemble products on the full-length cutting board.
