True   48″ TSSU Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC prep table includes 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans to hold salad and sandwich ingredients. Temperatures are kept constant around the pans with a forced air system powered by a cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor. This unit keeps foods at a safe temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To create an airtight seal, both doors have magnetic gaskets.

Using a reverse condensing fan motor, dirt and dust buildup is removed from the condensing coil. Each time the compressor starts, the fan motor reverses automatically, improving product temperatures and reducing energy use by keeping the coil clean. For ideal results, preventative maintenance should be implemented regularly.

The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC food prep table achieves quick temperature recovery with a factory-balanced capillary tube system. This unit uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to chill product resting on four PVC-coated wire shelves. An 878-inch-deep cutting board provides space to prepare salads, sandwiches, and ingredients. This unit comes with 12 sixth-size food pans.
