With a polished, durable design, the True TSSU-60-08-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad unit offers ample room to streamline the workflow in delis and other foodservice settings. With a ¹/₃-horsepower motor and self-contained capillary tube system, this unit is well equipped to maintain set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature can be monitored or adjusted on the unit’s control system, and it works using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to create cold temperatures. Because of this design, the preparation table ensures the eight included sixth-size poly pans keep ingredients crisp and fresh.

The True TSSU-60-08-HC~SPEC3 food prep station features a stainless steel front, sides, and back to promote lasting durability and corrosion resistance; the backing is paired with a GalFan coating to further enhance corrosion resistance. The flooring and insulated liner are made of stainless steel as well, and the corners are coved, all of which help facilitate cleaning. Additionally, this table comes with an insulated stainless steel cover that helps keep cold temperatures in and contaminants out. The two doors along the bottom half are lightweight and feature locks to help limit unauthorized access. To create a space to assemble custom sandwiches and salads to order, it features a 11³/₄-inch-deep cutting board.
