Boasting a corrosion-resistant stainless steel front, back, and sides, the True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC sandwich and salad unit is a durable aid to delis and similar foodservice settings. This table’s backing is coated in a GalFan finish to further this corrosion resistance, while its stainless steel floor, coved corners, and interior lining hold up well against the test of time. To deliver cool air while maintaining food-safe temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this table’s motor spreads an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout a system of capillaries in its body.

The top half of the True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 food prep table sports an insulated cover made of stainless steel to help maintain set temperatures. Additionally, it comes with a removable 8⁷/₈-inch-deep cutting board to provide a smooth surface when assembling French dip sandwiches or refreshing chopped salads. The bottom-half of this unit features two lightweight stainless steel doors that grant access to additional refrigerated storage and feature four adjustable shelves coated in PVC for simplified cleaning. Because the opening of these doors can release cool temperatures, a digital display and control enable monitoring and adjustments.
