The True TSSU-60-16-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table offers a self-contained refrigeration system housed inside its 603/8-inch-wide by 301/8-inch-deep by 363/4-inch-high structure. A forced air system circulates the bottom of the pans, providing even cooling from front to back that maintains holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit’s sealed and lubricated evaporator fan motors with large fan blades streamline efficient operation to expel R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an ecofriendly coolant. So users can monitor the system’s conditions, it features an external temperature control and display, and because the condenser is placed in the back, it eases maintenance and cleaning.

The top of the TSSU-60-16-HC~SPEC3 prep table with a refrigerated base can hold a total of 16 sixth-size polycarbonate pans—ideal for diced produce or shredded meat. Above the pans, users can set the stainless steel cover in place after business hours, locking in temperatures so products remain fresh. This prep table comes supplied with an 113/4-inch cutting board that may be removed for cleaning, and for additional storage keeping, the base offers two doors that hold four PVC-coated wire shelves. A durable design, its top, front, sides, liner, and floor are constructed of stainless steel to minimize dents or abrasions.
