The True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01 one-section undercounter refrigerator’s sides, top, and front are constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to scratches and dents. The back is steel coated with GalFan, which provides additional resistance to corrosion. The refrigerator has a flat top that can be stored underneath a larger worktable or counter to maximize kitchen storage space; this also enables refrigerated products to be placed near designated workstations. The door of this one-section unit is double pane thermal insulated glass, which provides full visibility while still working to keep cold air inside the unit. The internal LED lights increase the visibility and adjustable wire shelving offers customized storage space.

The refrigeration system in the True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01 undercounter refrigerator is an oversized, factory-balanced design that makes use of self-contained capillary tubes and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigeration system keeps the inside of the unit at a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing foods such as milk, eggs, and cheeses to be stored at safe temperatures. The refrigerator’s condensing unit is accessible from the back of the unit and designed to slide out for convenience during maintenance. For protection against corrosion and dirt, the undercounter refrigerator’s evaporator is epoxy coated. Equipped with four 5-inch castors and measuring 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 36 inches high, the unit can be maneuvered around various kitchen configurations.
