The True TUC-67D-2 undercounter refrigerator includes two heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments for maximum storage space. Each shelf comes with four chrome-plated shelf clips, while its stainless steel doors are lined with aluminum for corrosion resistance and swing within cabinet dimensions. Constructed of stainless steel, the drawers are fitted with 12-inch-long, recessed handles that are foamed in place with sheet metal interlocks. Both drawers can accommodate two 12-inch-long by 20-inch-wide by 8-inch-deep food pans each or incremental pans separated with divider bars, which are sold separately.

For corrosion resistance, the cabinet of the True TUC-67D-2 refrigerator is made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back, while the interior is clear coated with an aluminum liner and has coved corners. The entire cabinet structure, solid door, and drawer facings are insulated with high-density, environmentally friendly polyurethane, trapping cold air inside. Equipped with 5-inch-diameter stem castors, this unit can be moved around effortlessly, and locks are on the front set for stability.

An epoxy-coated evaporator prevents rust, and the factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit consistently with guided airflow. Its state-of-the-art fan motors produce little heat and reduce energy consumption, while the capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To streamline cleaning, the condensing unit is accessible from behind the front grill.

For a 20-second period each cycle, the compressor’s fan motor blows in reverse to remove built-up debris and settled dust from the condensing coil. Maintaining a clean condensing coil helps reduce energy consumption and optimize performance This self-cleaning function works best when combined with routine preventive maintenance.
