The True TWT-60-32F-HC~SPEC3 deep work top freezer is constructed of durable stainless steel, and the whole unit features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The freezer measures 60¹/₄ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 33¹/₄ inches high and sits on four 5-inch castors for mobility and convenient kitchen configuration. It features a one-piece worktop and backsplash, which creates a space to mix, cut, and prepare various dishes.

The cabinet in the freezer is stainless steel on the inside and features coved corners that prevent food pieces from getting stuck in the seams. The inside of each cabinet has two shelves constructed of PVC-coated wire shelves, which are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments offering the operator customizable storage spaces. The unit comes with four shelves in total.

The refrigeration system in the True TWT-60-32F-HC~SPEC3 commercial freezer works to keep the internal temperature at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring food-safe temperatures. Designed to keep frozen foods and ice-cream cold, the freezer has a self-contained refrigeration system with a condensing unit that can be accessed behind the front-mounted grill. The condenser slides out when maintenance is required. The unit is equipped with an extra-large evaporator coil to keep up with temperature demands, and the evaporator is coated in epoxy to protect it from corrosion and dust. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is eco-friendly and energy efficient to reduce an establishment’s impact on the environment, and the refrigeration system is controlled using the front-mounted digital display.
