Turbo Air is uniquely positioned across all aspects to provide a longer warranty term, but this decision was delayed as we believe providing a longer warranty would increase the burden on our dealers. With that said, we would like to inform our partners that Turbo Air has decided to extend this warranty period in order to increase our competitiveness. Additionally, Turbo Air promises to not pass on our warranty obligations to our dealers, due to end user’s not cleaning their condensers during the warranty period. Turbo Air offering warranty without requiring condenser maintenance helps to avoid disputes between dealers and end-users for service calls.
