The XPressChef JET14 high-speed microwave convection oven is fitted with a side-hinged door that opens 90 degrees to provide full access to the cavity. For flexible cooking, this oven uses any combination of convection and microwave and features a wide temperature range of 200 to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Settings can be adjusted using a series of buttons and a 2.8-inch LCD display, enabling employees to choose between cooking stages and power levels. This unit recalls 100 preset recipes for facilitated cooking of popular menu items.

With a top antenna-feed system, the XPressChef JET14 combination oven heats quickly and reduces cooking times. It can be stacked without a kit and measures 19¹⁄₄ inches wide by 26¹⁄₂ inches deep by 18¹⁄₈ inches high to take up minimal space on the countertop. Durable for heavy-duty use, this unit is made of stainless steel that won’t rust or corrode over time. Its timer is programmable for accurate cooking, and its interface supports 20 languages for use in many environments.
