Operated with a catalytic converter, the XPressChef JET14V countertop microwave convection oven doesn’t require a vent for use. It uses any combination of convection and microwave as well as a top antenna-feed system that reduces cooking time and heats quickly. For precise cooking, it features a programmable timer and 11 power levels. It also includes 100 memory settings for facilitated cooking of frequented menu items. With 20 language options, this unit can be used in a variety of cafes, bakeries, bars, and markets.

The XPressChef JET14V high-speed microwave convection oven’s temperature can be adjusted within the range of 200 to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be stacked with other units to take up minimal space on crowded countertops. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. The side-hinged door opens 90 degrees to provide full access to the oven’s cavity for cleaning, loading, and food placement.
