The XpressChef MRX2 commercial combination oven is optimal for placement on countertops, equipment stands, and oven stacking carts. For safe food removal, this unit’s inner door drops below the cooking surface. Because the door surface is smooth, operators can directly apply cleaners to it, while the preinstalled, nonstick oven liners simplify overall cleaning. The combination oven’s voltage sensor adjusts automatically to the power supply, and the rapid cool-down configuration streamlines end-of-day cleaning.
