The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H half-size combination oven with Hoodini filterless hood delivers efficient, high-performance cooking in a compact design. Its durable construction includes 430 stainless steel sides, top, and back, while the bottom, door, and interior are made from 304 stainless steel for enhanced longevity and resistance to wear. The Hoodini catalytic condensing system enables filterless operation, eliminating the need for external ventilation. Accommodating five full-size hotel pans (not included) with five wire shelves, the unit is ideal for high-volume kitchen environments. A dual-pane, heat-reflective tempered glass door and bright halogen interior lights improve visibility and energy efficiency.
The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H combination oven integrates advanced features to enhance cooking versatility and precision. Equipped with a boilerless injection steam system, this oven supports multiple cooking modes, including hot air, CombiSmart, retherm, steaming, and proofing. Its touch screen controls allow operators to save up to 500 recipes with a maximum of 15 steps per recipe, streamlining complex preparation. Additional features, such as the automated CombiWash cleaning system, internal core temperature probe, and reversible 9-speed fan, ensure efficiency and accuracy. With a USB port for HACCP documentation and programmable vent release, this oven is an essential tool for modern commercial kitchens.
