Carter-Hoffmann HL1-18 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL1-18 mobile heated cabinet can hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch pans in the kitchen or at a catered event. Its slides hold a variety of pan sizes for convenience and keep them spaced 3 inches apart to maintain airflow. This heated cabinet comes mounted on four swivel casters for maximum mobility, and its drain system does not need a connection to an external source. Instead, water flows down the collection trough’s drain into a plastic pan below. For durability, its aluminum construction is resistant to warping, denting, and scarring, and the door glass has been tempered for strength.
This Carter-Hoffmann HL1-18 heated holding cabinet can preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in about 30 minutes. Using the dial control, the cabinet temperature can be set to a level between 85 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Blower fans circulate hot air in the cabinet, keeping contents heated throughout. Although this unit is not insulated, a gasket tightly seals the door to keep heat inside.
