Globe SP25 25 qt Planetary Mixer – Bench Model, 3/4 hp, 115v

The Globe SP25 planetary mixer includes a stainless steel 25-quart capacity bowl, which can hold flour, butter, sugar, and other common baking ingredients. This bowl is secured with side-placed locking pins and bowl clamps and can be elevated or lowered when users employ the bowl-lift lever. A built-in ingredient chute offers simple product insertion, and as a necessary precaution to keep hands away from the planetary shaft, the mixer features a bowl guard. For simple application and removal, the separated handle attaches to the bowl using a clockwise pulling motion, then detaches in a counterclockwise motion that eases end-of-day cleaning.

The Globe SP25 mixer ships with other attachments, such as an aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, and aluminum flat beater. Furthermore, its No. 12 attachment hub can attach any compatible vegetable slicer or meat grinder add-on. The agitator and hub can reach three separate variable speeds for optimal operating potential, and the installed timer can be set for as long as 60 minutes. Other features include the front-placed control panel for simple operation at arms-length, and for stability, it features rubber feet that prevent slipping. It’s made of durable cast iron with an enamel gray finish.
