Equipped with CycleSaver™, the Hoshizaki KM-901MAJ/B-500SF crescent cube ice maker removes impurities from the head once per hour, producing ice that tastes clean and fresh. The head and the scoop are both protected with H-Guard Plus® so bacteria does not form and tarnish the ice. Convenient to clean, the machine’s exterior is made of stainless steel, and the filter is removable for replacement and maintenance.

The Hoshizaki KM-901MAJ/B-500SF ice maker and bin stores 500 pounds of ice until it is ready for use, and the bin is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane so ice does not melt. To ensure storage is sanitary, the bin is lined with polyethylene, and in ideal operating conditions, this ice machine can make as much as 905 pounds of ice per day. If temperatures are lower, it will make less, but it is still capable of making at least 753 pounds per day.
