Ice-O-Matic CIM0826HR Description
To inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and mold, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0826HR ice machine head features PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection. It produces half-size cubes that are ideal for chilling soft drinks and cocktails at a maximum rate of 906 pounds per day. This unit is cooled with a remote condenser and features an LED display to alert users of status updates.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0826HR half-cube ice maker is equipped with a plastic food zone without crevices to harbor bacteria, make it quick and easy to wipe clean. The food zone’s components are removable and dishwasher safe to further facilitate thorough cleaning. This unit descales and self-sanitizes at the push of a button, reducing necessary labor and optimizing performance.
