The Hoshizaki DCM-751BWH nugget ice and water dispenser ensures ice stays clean and fresh by performing a two-second flush cycle once per hour. It is also coated in H-GUARD Plus®, an antimicrobial agent that slows the growth of bacteria so it needs to be cleaned less often. To reduce maintenance needs, the auger has a greaseless bearing, and the unit’s CleanCycle24™ design can be wiped down thoroughly. It’s made of stainless steel—a durable material that is resistant to scratches, dents, and rust.

When it operates between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hoshizaki DCM-751BWH countertop ice and water dispenser makes a maximum of 782 pounds of ice per day, but in warmer conditions, it will make 678 pounds. Its built-in storage cabinet holds as much as 95 pounds of ice, which can be dispensed with the push of a button. Ice and water are kept cool with R404A refrigerant and a self-contained, water-cooled refrigeration system.
