Depending on surrounding ambient conditions, the Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ water-cooled ice machine can produce 1,624 pounds of flake ice every 24 hours, keeping up with the high demands of fast food restaurants and busy cafeterias. Flake-style ice is ideal for displaying chilled food or blending smoothies, and this unit uses R404A refrigerant.

The Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ flake commercial ice machine has an exterior made of rust- and scratch-resistant stainless steel, so it’s durable enough for intensive use. Its Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature initiates a 2-second flush cycle every hour to maintain the cleanliness and quality of ice by removing sediment. Because this unit is water cooled, it uses more water than an air-cooled unit, but it’s more efficient.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
