The Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ-C ice maker produces cubelet, also called nugget, ice—a style that’s ideal for serving in soft drinks or eating on its own. Depending on ambient conditions, this ice maker can produce 1,376 pounds of nugget ice every 24 hours, keeping up with the high-volume demands of popular fast food restaurants. Because it’s constructed of stainless steel, its exterior resists denting, scratching, and rusting.

To create consistently fresh ice, the Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ-C ice machine includes an Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature that flushes the evaporator for 2 seconds every hour, removing sediment and impurities. This unit uses R404A refrigerant and a self-contained, water-cooled refrigeration system, which uses more water than an air-cooled unit.
