This Hoshizaki F-2001MRJZ flake ice machine head is a durable stainless steel unit measuring 30 inches wide, 27¹/₂ inches deep, and 34¹¹/₂₅ inches high. It requires a remote condenser to properly operate, and that piece of equipment is not included with the ice machine head. An ice bin to catch and hold the produced ice is also required for use.

The Hoshizaki F-2001MRJZ flake ice machine head’s interior components are equipped with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent to slow the development of mold and mildew between regular cleanings. The machine also features a 2-second flush cycle that runs every hour to remove sediment from the internal mechanisms. If the incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit and the ambient temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the ice machine head can produce 2,073 pounds of ice every day.
