The Hoshizaki F-2001MRJZ3 flake ice machine head can produce 2,098 pounds of ice in 24 hours if the ambient temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is air cooled and requires a remote condenser unit that must be purchased separately. A separate ice bin or dispenser is also required to operate this unit.
The Hoshizaki F-2001MRJZ3 flake ice machine head’s exterior is stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. Its internal components are designed for cleanliness with antimicrobial protection and features a 2-second flush cycle that runs every hour to remove sediment. The unit uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is efficient and eco-friendly. The full unit measures 30 inches wide by 271/2 inches deep by3411/25 inches high.
