The Hoshizaki FS-1001MLJ-C Serenity cubelet ice machine head produces a type of ice that’s well-suited for preparing smoothies and blended drinks. To ensure quiet operation, this ice maker is designed for use with a remote refrigeration system that exhausts hot air at a distance from the dining area. Blending in with most surroundings, the unit’s exterior is made of scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel.
The Hoshizaki FS-1001MLJ-C Serenity cubelet ice machine head is serviceable from front and back and has removable panels to enable access to interior components. Ensuring clean, clear ice, an hourlym two-second flush cycle removes sediment from the machine’s interior. This ice machine head can produce as much as 851 pounds of ice per 24 hours, making it a good choice for medium-volume locations.
