The Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ crescent cube ice machine head can produce 1,301 to 1,365 pounds of crescent cube ice over a 24-hour period, depending on the ambient operating temperature. The CycleSaver™ design produces the same amount of ice as comparable units in fewer cycles. When service is required, operators are alerted to any issues by the EverCheck™ system. H-Guard Plus™ antimicrobial agent is built into the machine to slow the growth of bacteria.

The stainless steel exterior construction helps prevent damage and resists corrosion; the evaporator is also made of stainless steel to withstand long-term exposure to water and ice. The air-cooled, self-contained condensing system uses R-404A refrigerant, and the air filter and panels are removable for replacement and maintenance. The Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ crescent cube ice machine head should have at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides for proper airflow.
