This unit can produce 1,371 pounds of ice every 24 hours at a 70 degree Fahrenheit ambient temperature and a 50 degree Fahrenheit incoming water temperature.

The Hoshizaki KM-1340MRJZ crescent-cube ice machine head is designed to be air cooled by a remote condenser, which must be purchased separately. It also requires connection to an ice bin or ice dispenser for proper operation. It uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is eco-friendly and efficient, and it creates a crescent-style cube that’s ideal for use in soft drinks and other restaurant beverages.
