Hoshizaki KM-1900SRJZ Description
The Hoshizaki KM1900SRJZ ice maker head’s exterior and evaporator are made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. This unit uses H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent to sanitize the internal components. To facilitate proper air circulation, this unit requires 6 inches of clearance on the top, sides and rear.
The Hoshizaki KM1900SRJZ ice machine head is designed to be air cooled and requires operators to purchase a remote condenser and an ice bin for catching and storing produced ice. Under the proper conditions, this unit can produces 1,933 pounds of crescent cube style ice over a 24-hour period.
