The Hoshizaki KM-231BAJ ice maker with bin keeps restaurants stocked with ice, producing as much as 213 pounds of crescent ice in a 24-hour period with ideal conditions. Because of its high ice-to-water ratio, crescent ice is great for keeping soft drinks and mixed beverages cold. For streamlined maintenance, the air filter is removable, while the stainless steel exterior can be wiped clean. Using R404A refrigerant, the refrigeration system is self-contained and air cooled.

Made of stainless steel with 6-inch painted legs, the Hoshizaki KM-231BAJ ice machine with bin stores 80 pounds. When the unit requires attention and service, the EverCheck™ alert system will help users diagnose issues. The bin is at an ADA-compliant height, and the included scoop is protected with an H-Guard Plus antimicrobial agent for sanitary scooping.
