The Hoshizaki KM-520MWJ/B-300SF crescent ice cube machine makes 474 pounds of ice every 24 hours under ideal conditions. The water-cooled condenser uses 75 gallons of water for every 100 pounds of ice. The unit is fully self-contained for streamlined installation, and the panels are removable for maintenance. The unit features a corrosion-resistant, durable, long-lasting stainless steel finish.
The Hoshizaki KM-520MWJ/B-300SF ice cube machine has a 300-pound bin capacity. The interior is accessed through the top-hinged, front-opening lid. Its exterior is made of stainless steel, and the exterior’s H-GUARD antimicrobial protection inhibits bacteria growth to preserve ice quality. The unit’s painted legs elevate the base to enable sweeping or mopping underneath.
