The Hoshizaki KM660MRJZ ice maker head can produce up to 646 pounds of ice every 24 hours when installed in locations with an ambient temperature of 70 degrees and an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is also capable of producing 602 pounds of ice when the ambient temperature is 90 degrees and incoming water at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The crescent-shaped, half-cube ice produced by this unit is ideal for soft drink stations.

When maintenance is required for the Hoshizaki KM660MRJZ ice maker head, the EverCheck™ alert system will inform users. To slow bacteria growth and reduce the need for frequent maintenance, this unit’s interior parts are coated in H-Guard Plus antimicrobial. This unit has a stainless steel finish and evaporator to ensure it can withstand frequent use in a fast-paced environment. This unit relies on R404A refrigerant to maintain optimal temperatures. For proper air circulation, this unit requires a 6-inch clearance on the sides, the rear, and the top.
