Hoshizaki KMD-410MWJ Description
To streamline installation, the Hoshizaki KMD-410MWJ ice machine head has a self-contained condenser. It cools with R404A refrigerant, which is a safe choice for environmental purposes. If ambient conditions are optimal, this unit creates 449 pounds of ice daily, but it makes closer to 436 pounds per day when conditions are less than ideal. This ice maker is designed for use with an ice and beverage dispenser, which is sold separately.
The Hoshizaki KMD-410MWJ crescent-cube ice maker has a stainless steel evaporator that provides protection against rust and corrosion. Its exterior is also made of stainless steel, making it durable for commercial use. To address maintenance needs, this unit has an EverCheck™ alert system that informs employees of the current issues. Creating ice in half the time as comparable ice machines, it operates with a CycleSaver™ design.
