Hoshizaki 30″ Crescent Cube Ice Machine Head – 727 lb/24hr, Remote Cooled, 115v
From the KMEdge X series, the Hoshizaki KMD-705MRJZ ice maker head can produce 727 pounds of ice in locations with an ambient temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees. This production rate is ideal for busy locations. It produces half-cube ice with a crescent form that is designed to pack tightly into glassware and blender pitchers.
Operation of the Hoshizaki KMD-705MRJZ ice maker is reliant on R404a refrigerant, which is circulated via the remote air-cooling system. This dissected design prevents the unit’s home location from becoming too warm, increasing the production rate. A self-diagnostic program runs in the background to solve simple issues and works with the EverChec™ alert system to notify operators of any larger issues.
