This unit relies on R404A hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is energy-efficient and environmentally safe.

Made of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki KMH2100SRJZ3 ice maker head can withstand persistent use in a high-traffic environment, as it is resistant to rust, corrosion, and abrasions such as scratches and dents. To keep the internal components free of mold and bacteria, this product is equipped with an H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent.
