The Howard-McCray SC-OD30E-6-SL-S cooler’s air screen technology and low-velocity fans keep food cold by providing fast cooldown times. Insulated with CFC-free foam, this cooler maintains a consistent holding temperature by preventing cold air from escaping. The self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system operates with an automatic air defrost and R448A expansion valve system to hold the cooler’s temperature to a set level between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can set and adjust the temperature levels via electronic controls.
