Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FW Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FW Elevation™ modular cube ice maker can produce 470 pounds of full-cube ice with a self-contained, water-cooled condenser. This type of ice machine does not produce as much heat and noise as air-cooled systems, but is typically only practical in facilities with water recirculating systems, since it requires a constant flow of cooling water. The full-cube ice measures 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch and is perfect for cooling drinks, dispensing, and bagging. The machine’s Universal Smart Harness™ control board uses a common configuration, universal components, and digital diagnostics, all of which make it easier to startup and service the unit.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FW Elevation modular cube ice maker has one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls, and an LED status display indicates when those cycles are needed. The food zone has no crevices, so it can be easily wiped down, and its plastic is formed with Agion®, an antimicrobial substance that inhibits bacterial growth. This head-only unit must be paired with a bin or dispenser, which must be purchased separately.
