The True STA2DT-2S-HC Spec Series® two-section refrigerator and freezer provides two types of storage in one unit. Both the refrigerator and freezer units are top mounted, so they take up less interior space than a bottom-mounted unit. Their evaporator and condenser fans consistently lower energy consumption and heat production. To prevent frost buildup on the freezer’s condenser coils, the unit defrosts automatically. Each section’s temperature is shown on an external display.

The True STA2DT-2S-HC two-section freezer and refrigerator’s cabinet is insulated with dense polyurethane foam that does not contain environmentally unsafe CFCs. Strong-sealing magnetic gaskets in the door frames prevent cold-air leaks. The floor of each section is stainless steel, offering rust resistance and a surface that facilitates cleaning. Each section includes three chrome-plated shelves with a wire design that helps circulate cold air.

Featuring durable metal handles, both stainless steel doors have self-closing, cam-lift hinges to help keep them shut. When opened past 120 degrees, their stay-open mechanism helps staff who are loading and unloading product. LED lighting brightens the interior and helps employees see as they stock or search for ingredients. For security, a bolt lock protects the contents from unauthorized individuals.
