The True STR3R-3G-HC Spec Series® three-section reach-in refrigerator’s electronic controller enables users to set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and view this setting digitally in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the external temperature display. Mounted in the top of the unit, the refrigeration system does not operate around floor dust and dirt, though it is around grease that moves in the air.

In the True STR3R-3G-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator, nine chrome shelves provide storage space for the product. These shelves can be adjusted to accommodate different-sized items, and their wire design ensures air can flow all around product for even cooling. LED lights brighten the interior, providing visibility so operators can see the product through three double-pane glass doors. These doors stay-open past 120 degrees for loading, and self-close when they are opened to a lesser angle to retain cold air. With a durable stainless steel construction, the interior and exterior is heavy duty and rust resistant.
