The True STA2R-2G-HC Spec Series® two-section refrigerator has see-through doors with double-pane, thermal-insulated glass. These doors have cam-lift hinges that automatically close, but their stay-open mechanism keeps them open when they are pulled past 120 degrees. For visibility, LED lights shine on the contents, which are supported by six durable, chrome-plated shelves. These shelves have an open-wire design that promotes cold-air circulation. To ensure properly cooled products, the efficient fan motors of the evaporator and condenser create consistent airflow.

Improving the unit’s overall performance, the condensing fan motor blows dirt and debris away from the condensing coil. Upon compressor start up, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds to clean the coil. For optimal results, employees should perform preventative maintenance regularly.

The refrigeration system for the True STA2R-2G-HC reach-in refrigerator has a top-mounted design to prevent the evaporator from taking up interior space that could store product. Its capillary tube system regulates R290 refrigerant flow to maintain temperatures ranging from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold temperatures are kept inside by the thermal glass, polyurethane insulation, and door gaskets. For quick cleanup, the interior floor is stainless steel and can be wiped clean. Castors can move the unit for cleaning underneath, and the front two lock to hold the refrigerator still.
